All Lease of Finance contracts are evaluated by Mercedes-Benz Canada and down payments may be required based on customer's credit rating / score, determined by Mercedes-Benz Canada's protocols.  Common down payments are 10%, but this is always dependent on a combination of customer preference and what may be required by Mercedes-Benz Financial.
