Welcome from Robert Kadlec – Fixed Operations Manager
Hi, my name is Robert Kadlec, General Manager of Parts and Service at Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary.
My mandate coming in is to use my almost 20 years of Senior Parts and Service Management to the benefit of our customers and staff. Listening and responding to your concerns as our customer, and our staff, will keep the business moving, changing and evolving to better serve all involved.
A lifelong automotive enthusiast, I have spent most of my life involved with cars. When I wasn’t directly involved in the industry, I would restore and collect older cars and motorcycles. I am truly fortunate to have a rewarding career that is also my passion.
Having recently completed the Mercedes Benz training, I have gained an even greater appreciation for the amazing product that we service, and the position that Mercedes Benz has achieved as an industry leader in safety, performance.
Over the past two years, Mercedes Benz Downtown Calgary has achieved one of the highest Customer Satisfaction rankings in Canada among Mercedes-Benz Dealerships. I want to thank all of our customers and the staff here for making that happen. My primary focus is not just to maintain that level, but to constantly improve what we do and how we do it. I want to be #1 in the country, every year.
I have enjoyed working with, and appreciate support from my team of Managers including Barb Hyland our Service Manager, and Mike Vercammen our Parts manager. If you have any questions or concerns about our Service, Parts & Accessories departments, please see Barb or Mike, but know I will be here to oversee the operation and ensure your experience is the best it can be.
