Very pleased with the service at MB Downtown! Switched from another local dealer, and Steve and crew in their service department have been great - lot attendants, service advisors, booking staff, mechanics, and shop foreman too! Very approachable, eager to help, and quality work done the first time!

I am very pleased with all the services done to my vehicles by the staff at this location. My POC are Michael Jennings and Steve Tognotti. Mike is an amazing Service advisor/ Manager (all-rounder), so as Steve. Mike takes care of my car as if it is his car and provides advice/suggestions to keep the vehicle in good shape. One Friday evening when the service on the car wasn't satisfactory to me, I called him to inform the situation.
